Application Form

You do not have to pay to take part in The Award - the costs are met by The Mark Scott Foundation and The Outward Bound Trust.

To take part in The Award you should:

  • be going into 6th year and a pupil at one of the participating Schools
  • have participated in the presentation which was held at your School
  • consider carefully whether you can devote the time needed to complete The Award
  • complete the following Application Form
